Eligibility for Return & Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Tags and original packaging must be intact.
The request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Only regular-priced items are eligible. Sale or discounted products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges for:
Size issues (if the requested size is available).
Manufacturing defects or wrong product received.
Process:
Raise an exchange request via email at support@owlsky.in or WhatsApp.
Mention your Order ID, reason for exchange, and preferred size.
Our team will confirm the availability and arrange a reverse pickup if applicable.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted for:
Wrong item received
Manufacturing defects
Product not as described
Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal dislike, or minor color variation due to screen display differences.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Reverse Pickup & Shipping
We offer free reverse pickup for eligible exchanges/returns in serviceable pin codes.
If reverse pickup is not available, the customer must self-ship the product to our address.
In case of self-shipping, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale / Clearance / Discounted products
Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
Customized or altered garments
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at support@owlsky.in or message on WhatsApp +91-XXXXXXXXXX with:
Order ID
Product images (full and defect close-up if applicable)
Reason for return/exchange
Our team will respond within 24β48 hours with the next steps.
Important Notes
All returns are subject to inspection.
Repeated return requests from the same customer may be declined at our discretion.
Owlsky reserves the right to deny any return/exchange if the product fails to meet our return criteria.
