  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for exchange, and preferred size.

  3. Our team will confirm the availability and arrange a reverse pickup if applicable.

Returns are accepted for:

  • Wrong item received

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Product not as described

Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal dislike, or minor color variation due to screen display differences.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.


🚚 Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • We offer free reverse pickup for eligible exchanges/returns in serviceable pin codes.

  • If reverse pickup is not available, the customer must self-ship the product to our address.

  • In case of self-shipping, shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Sale / Clearance / Discounted products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
